"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Las Lomas. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was comfortable, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and volcano. Waking up to such incredible scenery every morning was truly unforgettable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options. What really stood out was the staff—everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel right at home. The only unpleasant experience was at the omelet station on Thursday morning 6/4/26. The lady preparing the omelets seemed a bit rude when we were placing our egg order. Fortunately, this was the only negative interaction we had during our visit. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we would gladly stay here again. Beautiful hotel, stunning views, great food, and exceptional service from the rest of the team. Highly recommended!"
